What you receive
- Use-case profile: purpose, users, data, supplier and deployment context.
- Risk and control assessment covering relevant privacy, fairness, security, accuracy and oversight issues.
- Evidence-gap register with priorities and accountable owners.
- Decision brief setting out recommendations, limitations and unresolved questions.
- A 60-minute readout with your decision-makers.
Scope and inputs
- One use case within one business unit.
- Up to four stakeholder interviews and ten agreed evidence documents, up to 200 pages in total.
- One consolidated feedback round.
- You provide a sponsor, existing documentation and access to relevant owners.
Assessment and recommendations are included. Remediation delivery, legal opinions and hands-on model testing are separately scoped. Your accountable owner retains the deployment decision.

- One business unit; up to eight stakeholder interviews.
- Up to 25 evidence documents, up to 500 pages in total.
- One review cycle per priority use case.
- Client teams implement technical changes and provide testing evidence.
- Two consolidated feedback rounds across the engagement.
Includes workflow design and a pilot using your existing collaboration tools. Software development, technical integrations, penetration testing and ongoing monitoring operations require a separate scope.

Leadership AI workshop
£2,000
One preparation call and a tailored two-hour remote workshop for up to 12 leaders.
Receive a briefing, facilitated discussion of up to three use cases, and an action summary. A practical starting point for agreeing ownership and priorities.
How fixed fees work.
Agree the boundaries
A written statement of work confirms the use cases, evidence, stakeholders, deliverables and acceptance criteria.
Keep changes explicit
Additional use cases, entities or work are priced and agreed before delivery. There is no automatic expansion of scope.
Plan the handover
Editable materials, clear ownership and agreed next steps are part of every core package.
GBP prices exclude VAT where applicable. Remote delivery is included; requested travel is agreed separately. Standard proposed milestones: 40% at commencement, 40% at draft delivery and 20% at completion, subject to contract.
Questions before you start.
Do we have to buy all three tiers?
No. Each tier stands alone. If you progress from an earlier engagement, we assess what can be reused and agree the next scope without charging again for unchanged work.
Does this certify compliance?
No. Our work supports governance and readiness decisions. It is not legal advice, accredited certification or a guarantee of regulatory or customer approval.
What if our AI is supplied by a vendor?
We assess the evidence available to you, your responsibilities and the controls around your use. Unverified supplier claims and missing information remain explicit limitations.
What if our scope is larger?
We provide a tailored fixed-fee proposal after discovery. Multi-entity programmes, safety-critical deployments and extensive technical evaluation need their own scope.
